When it comes to our physiological needs of eating, drinking, peeing etc, we generally take self-responsibility. But for most other things - especially for emotional needs - we behave like mute infants; expecting our loved ones to guess what we need and when.
Its time we get over this infancy stage and learn something from the child who knows how to demand with all his might that which he desires.
Let's learn to ask for what we need, without feeling guilty about it; without wondering if we deserve it; without thinking if the other person would deny it; and without creating stories in our head about not wanting to trouble the other person.
We may not always get what we need and when we need it, yet there would be no hurt within about not expressing ourselves and no blame towards others for not understanding us.
Let's learn from the child these 3 things - to demand our desires with all our might, be always busy and be happy without any reason.
