Forgive and Forget
Live and let live
Let go etc. etc. etc.....
It surely feels good - temporarily- to read, write or share this stuff. But when the war within (and without) is on in full swing, we cannot bypass the war and reach across to The Promised Land. We have to pass through the fire, the missiles, the arrows, and the bullets...
So what good are these kind positive skills/habits?
To survive in the battlefield we need to have pre-developed skills of shooting, archery, guerilla warfare or even basic defence and camouflaging skills.
The same ways when there is a huge emotional turmoil going on we can survive it well with these pre-developed skills of being optimistic, grateful and generous.
These skills cannot be developed on the day of warfare as they need daily practice before.
Once you are equipped with these skills you dont have to 'TRY' to think positively or to go with the flow or to forgive; you AUTOMATICALLY reach that state of Happiness. Afterall Happiness wants to go where Happiness is!!!
