Today would like to share about Kaizen. It is recognized worldwide as an important strategy to successfully achieve our goals be it more money, fame, happiness and health.

Kaizen is built on the idea of accomplishing a task through a series of very small steps. One of the most notable features of kaizen is that big results come from many small changes accumulated over time.

Kaizen is all about moving forward in an interval that shows instant, tangible results as a form of motivation. There is something magical about making progress measurable. The key to Kaizen is being constantly conscious of what it is that you are accomplishing.

Though this concept is popularly used to achieve success in business, this same strategy can be applied to being Happy too.

# Set aside a few minutes each day to spend on something you love.
# Keep increasing this time duration after each week by 5-10 minutes
# Eventually you find yourself doing more of what you love each day building up a Happy and fulfilled life.
