Gift #537

Yesterday we saw how beliefs about our Happiness is the underlying motivator in most of our decisions. Today lets check on beliefs!

One core belief that most of us have is about our ability to feel different emotions like Happiness, Anger, Jealousy etc.. We believe they are an uncontrolled reaction to something outside of us. Even if we don't believe this intellectually, we have spent most of our lives practicing emotions as a reaction.  

So is this belief true???

Just imagining about an happy experience will bring a smile on our face right now defying this belief about emotions being a reaction to something outside.

By creating emotion as a conscious choice we do more then tell ourself we control our emotions, we create the experience.. This is far more powerful in changing beliefs than any words or affirmations. So let us use this ability and allow our inner smile to come out and play more often. 😊
