Gift #510

Yesterday we decided to set an INTENTION to be Happy...Lets IMPLEMENT it now!!!

The simplest ways to create our own Happiness is to take responsibility and follow some daily routines to remind ourselves that our Happiness is within our control like these...

1. Write down your achievements or happy moments.
Take one positive or happy experience from the past 24 hours and spend two minutes writing down every detail about that experience. The experience can be as simple as smiling to a stranger or having an ice-cream. As you remember it, your brain labels it as meaningful and deepens the imprint.

2. Write Gratitude Journal
Write down three things you're grateful for that occurred over the last 24 hours. They don't have to be profound. It could be a really good cup of coffee or the warmth of a sunny day.

3. Do something new
It's easy to get stuck in routines. You can get renewed energy from trying something you've never tried before. Maybe it's a new fitness gadget or a type of exercise you never thought you'd try.

If all these seem too difficult go out and share your smile with someone else. You will be happy you did. 😊
