You can keep yourself busy the whole day. That does not mean you are on the right track. It only means you are not on the wrong track.
Step back. Once a while ask yourself “What is it I am trying to accomplish here? What is it that I am trying to achieve? These questions might seem trivial but they will set you on a wonderful path of self-exploration.
Commit yourself to tasting real happiness not endlessly searching or talking about it.
