  • In the last few broadcasts we understood about the different types of happiness - eudaimonic and hedonic - and their positive effects on health. We also saw how Happiness is a precursor to be successful in studies, work and life in general. 
    If Happiness is so important than it must be consciously cultivated in our lives, isn't? I will share a few scientifically proven habits to increase happiness soon. But before that I want to have your opinions.
