Today to start on this 'Be happy now' journey I just have a few questions for you, your answers determine how you proceed.
Q1. Are you having a good day today?
Q2. If yes why? If no why? What is making your day good/bad?
Q3. Tomorrow would you rather have a good day or a bad day? What about the day after? What about every other day of your life?
I am sure the answer to the last question would be quite easy.
However the answer to the 2nd question is most important.
It make us realise that we have OUT SOURCED our happiness. We generally come up with an externally visible/audible/experienced event/person as the answer to what makes our day good/bad/joyous/sad.
So to begin on this journey of 'Be happy Now' we just need to follow 2 simple rules...
# STOP OUT SOURCING HAPPINESS
# CULTIVATE A SOURCE OF HAPPINESS WITHIN
BE HAPPY BE HEALTHY
